Getting Started
How do I sign up and connect my first platform?
Sign up for free at revioreputation.com. After creating your account, go to Integrations and click "Connect" next to Google Business Profile, Facebook, or any supported platform. OAuth authorization takes just one click -- no passwords stored.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 location, 1 platform (Google only), 10 AI responses per month, and basic analytics. No credit card required to sign up.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully set up in under 5 minutes. Connect your platforms with one click, and reviews start syncing immediately. Our onboarding wizard guides you through every step.
AI & Responses
How does the AI generate review responses?
Our dual AI engine uses OpenAI GPT-5-mini and Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 with automatic fallback. It analyzes each review's sentiment, context, and specific mentions, then generates a personalized response matching your brand voice. You can review, edit, and publish -- or enable auto-publishing for positive reviews.
Can I customize the AI's tone and style?
Yes. You can set your preferred tone (professional, friendly, casual), add business-specific context, banned phrases, and custom templates. Enterprise plans include custom AI model training on your existing responses.
Can I disable AI and write responses manually?
Yes. AI assistance is optional. You can write responses manually, use AI suggestions as starting points, or create custom templates. Many businesses use a hybrid approach -- AI for routine positive reviews and manual responses for complex cases.
Platforms & Integrations
What platforms does RevioReputation support?
We currently support Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TripAdvisor with full integration. Yelp, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Airbnb, G2, Capterra, and Foursquare are coming soon.
How do reviews sync from connected platforms?
Reviews sync automatically via official APIs. New reviews typically appear in your dashboard within minutes of being posted. You'll also receive instant notifications via email and in-app alerts.
Can I connect multiple locations per platform?
Yes. Each location in your account can have its own platform connections with independent settings and AI configurations. Pro supports up to 10 locations, Enterprise supports up to 15.
GEO Radar & Rankings
What is GEO Radar and how does it work?
GEO Radar is our local rank tracking tool. It scans Google Maps for your business keywords across a geographic grid (3x3 to 15x15), showing your exact ranking position at each point. This helps you understand where you're visible and where competitors outrank you.
How often are rank scans performed?
Scan frequency depends on your plan: Free and Starter (biweekly), Pro (weekly with manual scans available), Enterprise (weekly with on-demand scans), Agency (instant). All scans include historical tracking for trend analysis.
Pricing & Billing
What plans are available?
We offer Free ($0), Starter ($59/mo), Pro ($149/mo), Enterprise (custom pricing), and Agency (custom pricing). All paid plans include a 7-day free Pro trial. Save 20% with annual billing on Starter and Pro plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan with full access to all features. After the trial, you can choose any plan -- including our free tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for all data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and OAuth 2.0 for platform connections. We're fully GDPR and CCPA compliant with enterprise-grade security practices.
Do you sell customer data?
Never. Your data is yours. We never sell, share, or monetize customer data. We only access your review data to provide our service, and you can export or delete all data at any time.
Enterprise
What additional features does Enterprise offer?
Enterprise includes up to 15 locations, unlimited team members, 2,000 AI responses/month, custom AI model training, SSO integration, dedicated support manager, 7x7 GEO Radar grid, 365-day scan history, and white-label solution.
How do I get custom pricing?
Contact our sales team at sales@revioreputation.com or visit our Enterprise page. We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your needs and provide a custom quote within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum contract for Enterprise?
Enterprise plans are available on both annual and month-to-month contracts. Annual plans include a discount. Contact our sales team for specific pricing and terms.
API & Developers
Does RevioReputation have an API?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include REST API access for building custom integrations and workflows. You can programmatically access reviews, responses, locations, and analytics data.
How do webhooks work?
RevioReputation sends real-time webhook notifications for events like new reviews, AI responses, and rating changes. Webhooks are signed with HMAC SHA-256 for security. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Can I build custom integrations?
Yes. With API access on Pro+ plans, you can build custom dashboards, connect to your CRM, push data to BI tools, or create automated workflows. Enterprise customers can also request custom connector development.
Notifications
How do I get notified about new reviews?
RevioReputation supports multiple notification channels: in-app alerts, email, Telegram bot, SMS, WhatsApp, and webhooks. You can configure per-event rules with rating and platform filters.
Can I set quiet hours for notifications?
Yes. Notification rules support timezone-aware quiet hours to prevent overnight alerts. Configure start/end times per notification channel from the Notification Settings page.
