Our Story
RevioReputation was founded in early 2026 as a solution to a common problem: managing reviews across multiple platforms is incredibly time-consuming. As business owners ourselves, we spent hours every week checking Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TripAdvisor, trying to respond to customers before negative reviews impacted our ratings.
We launched RevioReputation — combining cutting-edge AI from OpenAI and Anthropic with a platform that aggregates all reviews in one place and generates thoughtful, personalized responses in seconds. We set out to make enterprise-grade review management accessible to every business.
Today, RevioReputation helps businesses across industries save time, improve their ratings, and build stronger customer relationships — all without hiring additional staff or agencies.

I'm Denys. I built RevioReputation after watching local business owners — restaurant managers, dentists, auto-shop owners — lose customers to unanswered reviews and invisible Google Maps rankings. Enterprise tools like Birdeye and Podium charge $299–399 per month for the same problems. That's not fair math for a small business. So I built something that delivers the same outcomes — AI responses, GEO tracking, GBP health — starting at $59/mo.
