Which platforms are currently supported?
We support Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TripAdvisor with full integration including auto-sync, AI-powered responses, and reply publishing.
Can I connect multiple locations per platform?
Yes. Each location can have its own platform connections. Pro supports up to 10 locations, Enterprise supports up to 15 locations, each with independent integrations and AI settings.
Is my platform data secure?
We use OAuth 2.0 for all connections. We never store platform passwords. All tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC and can be revoked at any time from your integrations settings.
When will Yelp and Trustpilot be available?
Yelp, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Airbnb, G2, Capterra, and Foursquare are currently in development. Sign up for free to be notified when they launch.
