Reputation.com pricing in 2026: $80, $115 or $150 per location a month, and what a 1, 3 or 10-location business actually pays

TL;DR

For years the honest answer to "how much does Reputation.com cost" was "ask sales". That changed. On 15 October 2026 the Reputation.com pricing page lists three plans priced per location per month: Rep Core at $80, Rep Core + Pulse at $115 (marked most popular) and Rep Core + Surveys at $150. Enterprise, for 125 or more locations, is custom. Add-ons such as Competitive Insights, Actions & Ticketing and the Social Suite are sold on top, without a published price.

Per location is the number to watch. One location on Rep Core is $960 a year. Ten locations on Core + Pulse are $13,800 a year. The page has no checkout: every plan button says "Talk to Sales", and contract length, setup fees and onboarding are not listed, so those are questions for the call.

If you search for Reputation.com pricing you will still find pages saying the company publishes no prices. Some of them were written in 2021. The pricing page above is the current source.

What a business actually pays in a year

Because every plan is priced per location, the bill grows in a straight line with the number of locations. Here is the yearly list price at each tier, before any add-ons or anything negotiated on the sales call:

LocationsRep Core ($80)Core + Pulse ($115)Core + Surveys ($150)
1$960$1,380$1,800
3$2,880$4,140$5,400
10$9,600$13,800$18,000
50$48,000$69,000$90,000

For a brand with 50 car dealerships or 50 clinics, $48,000 to $90,000 a year for one system that handles reviews, listings, surveys and analytics across every location can be a reasonable line item. For a single motel, restaurant or dental practice, $960 to $1,800 a year is a different decision, and it is worth knowing what you would use.

What the pricing page does not tell you

Write these down before the call:

  • Contract length. The page shows a monthly price but does not say whether plans are monthly or annual commitments.
  • Setup and onboarding. Not listed. Ask whether there is a fee and what the first 30 days look like.
  • Add-on prices. Competitive Insights, Actions & Ticketing, the Social Suite, services and integrations are listed as upgrades with no price.
  • What "AI responding" means in practice: whether replies are drafted for approval or posted automatically, and whether there is a monthly limit.
  • Minimum locations. Enterprise starts at 125 locations; the page does not state a minimum for the other plans.

None of this is unusual for software sold through a sales team. It just means the published number is where the conversation starts.

Who Reputation.com is built for

The product pages are organised by industry: healthcare, automotive, real estate, food and beverage, financial services, care and living, and retail. The features that justify the price, listings management across many locations, surveys, customer-path analytics and ticketing that routes complaints to the right team, are the features a multi-location brand with a marketing or customer experience team actually uses.

If that is you, compare Reputation.com with the other enterprise platforms on the same location count, and get each quote in writing with the contract term.

If you run one to ten locations

A single location usually needs three things: to see every new Google review, to answer it well the same day, and to get more reviews from happy customers. None of that needs a survey suite.

Here is what we charge, so you can compare like with like:

Pricing is monthly, with no annual contract. Starter covers three locations for less than the Rep Core price of one.

What we do not do, so the comparison is fair: we do not syndicate business listings to dozens of directories, we do not run a survey suite, and we do not offer ticketing for customer experience teams. Today the review source we support fully is Google. If those are the features you need, a platform like Reputation.com is the closer fit.

If you want to try the reply side before paying anyone, our free AI review response generator writes a reply to any review you paste in, with no signup (there is a daily limit).

Questions people ask

How much does Reputation.com cost per month? From $80 per location per month for Rep Core, $115 for Core + Pulse and $150 for Core + Surveys, as listed on 15 October 2026. Enterprise pricing for 125+ locations is custom.

Can I buy Reputation.com online? Not from the pricing page. Every plan routes to a sales conversation.
